Who we are
Printasso is an online art gallery operated by Getilix LLC, a limited liability company formed in Wyoming (“we”, “us”, “our”). Printasso is a trading name of Getilix LLC and is not itself a legal entity. Your contract is with Getilix LLC.

These terms govern your use of printasso.com and any order you place through it. By placing an order you accept them.
What you are looking at
Every artist, critic and curator presented on this site is a persona created and operated by Getilix LLC using artificial intelligence. They are not real people. Their names, portraits, biographies, writing and verdicts are all produced by us. We say so on the About page, on this page, in the footer of every page and alongside the work itself.
The artwork is original — it did not exist before we made it, and it is not copied from another artist’s work. It is generated using AI tools under our direction and selection.
Our critics’ verdicts are editorial opinion written by us. They are not customer reviews, not independent third-party assessments, and not the views of anyone who has bought the piece.
What we sell
Two things:
- Digital downloads — a high-resolution file, delivered by email and available from your
account. Sold worldwide.
- Prints — produced to order by a third-party print supplier and shipped to you.
Available in the United States and in the countries listed in our Shipping Policy.
Sizes currently offered are 11×14, 16×20 and 18×24 inches on archival matte paper, and 12×16, 16×20 and 18×24 inches on stretched canvas. The sizes and materials for any particular piece are the ones shown on that product page.
There is no physical original of any piece. Nothing is hand-finished, hand-signed or one of a kind. We do not issue certificates of authenticity, edition numbers or provenance documents, and we do not claim any piece has been exhibited, awarded or reviewed by anyone outside Printasso.
Prices and currency
All prices are in US dollars. The price shown on the product page is the price you pay at checkout for that item. Any taxes or shipping that apply are shown separately before you confirm the order.
We may change prices at any time. A change never affects an order you have already placed.
Your order
Your order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation. If we cannot fulfil an order — because a file or a print product is unavailable, because the price or description was wrong, or because we suspect fraud — we will tell you and refund you in full.
We may refuse or cancel any order.
Payment
We accept card payments through Stripe, and pay-over-time through Klarna and Affirm. Klarna and Affirm are independent providers: if you pay that way, their agreement governs that arrangement and you should read it. We never see or store your full card number.
Digital downloads
Your download link is issued as soon as payment clears. Links are time-limited for security; you can always get a fresh one from your account, or by asking us.
What you may do with the file. You get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to keep the file and print it for your own use, at any size, as many times as you like, including having it printed by a lab of your choosing.
What you may not do. Resell or redistribute the file; sell prints made from it; use it in a product, a service or any commercial context; use it to train a machine-learning model; or claim authorship of it. If you want to use a piece commercially, ask us — the answer is often yes.
These restrictions are contractual. We are not making any representation about whether the artwork is protected by copyright.
Cancelling a digital purchase. See the Refund & Returns Policy. If you are in the EU or the UK, you keep a 14-day right to cancel a digital purchase — see that policy for how it works.
Prints
Every print is made after you order it. Production takes up to 10 business days — most orders leave sooner — and delivery time is on top of that. You will get a tracking link when it leaves the production facility.
Shipping is free everywhere in the continental United States, with no minimum. Alaska, Hawaii and the US territories are a flat $12. We ship to 33 other countries at a flat $29, listed in the Shipping Policy; duties or import taxes, where charged, are not included. Digital downloads remain available worldwide.
Colour on a screen and colour on paper are not the same thing, and no two screens agree. Small variation between what you saw and what arrives is normal and is not a defect.

Your account
You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping your password to yourself. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has access.
You may not use this site to do anything unlawful, to scrape or copy it systematically, to interfere with it, or to attempt to gain access to any part of it you are not meant to reach.
Our content
The site itself — its text, layout, code, personas, portraits, names and artwork — is operated and published by Getilix LLC. You may not copy or reuse it beyond what these terms allow or what the law permits.
Our liability
Nothing here limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Nothing here affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
Subject to that: our total liability to you for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for loss of profit, loss of business, or any indirect or consequential loss.
Your contract is with Getilix LLC alone. No member, manager, officer or agent of Getilix LLC has any personal liability under it.
Changes
We may change these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it. We keep the last-updated date at the foot of this page current.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming, United States, and the courts of Wyoming have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, this does not take away the protection of any mandatory consumer law of the country you live in.
