Everything here is made with AI, and we would rather say it once, properly
Printasso is an online gallery run by Getilix LLC. The art is original and the gallery is real. The people are not.
The artists are personas
Marco Bellini, Anya Volkov, Luna Vasquez, Yuki Tanaka, Zara Moon, Kai Reynolds, Chris Vega, Naomi Brooks, Alex Ward, Sofia Larsson, Carmen Delacroix and Isabelle Moreau are personas we created and operate. They are not real people. Their names, portraits, studios, styles and statements are all produced by us using AI tools.
Each one has a consistent signature — a subject, a palette, a way of handling a surface — and that consistency is deliberate. It is how a gallery of twelve stays a gallery rather than a pile of pictures. But there is no person behind any of them.
The critics are ours too, and they are not independent
Charlotte, Valentina and Ruby are personas we created and operate, in exactly the same way.
They are not independent of us. They are not third-party reviewers, they are not customers, and their verdicts are not customer reviews. They are editorial writing produced by Printasso about Printasso’s own work.
We think they earn their place anyway, for one reason: they are allowed to tell you not to buy. Charlotte can tell you to pass. Ruby can tell you the canvas is not worth the money and the poster is enough. We do not edit those verdicts to be kinder, and we publish them next to the buy button rather than somewhere you have to go looking.
A critic who is never allowed to say no is an advert. We would rather have the argument in public and let you decide what our opinion is worth — knowing exactly whose opinion it is.
Sophie is a persona
Sophie is the curator, and she is a persona as well. She selects, commissions and writes. She is not a real person, and she is not a customer-service agent — when you contact us, a person at Getilix LLC answers.
The artwork is original, and here is exactly what that means
Every piece is generated with AI tools under our direction. It is original in the sense that matters: it did not exist before we made it, and it is not a copy of another artist’s work.
What it is not:
- There is no physical original. Nothing is painted, hand-finished or hand-signed.
- There are no limited editions, no edition numbers and no certificates of authenticity.
- Nothing here has been exhibited, awarded, or reviewed by anyone outside Printasso.
- Prices are set by us, based on what the piece costs to make and what we think it is worth.
They are not appraisals and they are not investment guidance.
The US Copyright Office has said that material generated by AI without sufficient human authorship is not protected by copyright. We are not claiming otherwise, and we are not selling you an asset — we are selling you a picture you liked enough to hang.
What we will not do
- No countdown timers, no invented demand, no “only two left” on an open edition.
- No buyer’s premium. The price on the work is the price at checkout.
- No invented provenance, awards, exhibitions or press mentions.
- No pretending a persona is a person when you ask.
